Demonte Colony is a story four friends who lives in housing board in Pattinampakkam, Chennai and their dare to visit a house which is believed to be haunted for years. They come back with an evil spirit which puts them in a situation which has no escape. In short the after effects of visiting a ghost house. So the paranormal activity is the rest of the plot. For a ghost story the director has also ensured a quick period flashback with a killing spree.
